Meditate with Simply Sacred Oils

The following meditation can be done one after the other or for a specific Chakra. It will combine the Simply Sacred Chakra Oils with the frequencies of the Ancient Solfeggio. Begin by anointing each Chakra or the one you will be working on:

• #1 – Rook Chakra – Red – located at the base of the spine
• #2 – Sacral Chakra – Orange – located several inches down from the navel
• #3 – Solar Plexus Chakra – Yellow – located several inches up from the navel
• #4 – Heart Chakra – Green – located in the center of the chest
• #5 – Throat Chakra – Blue – located at the hollow of the throat
• #6 – Third Eye or Brow Chakra – Indigo – located on the forehead between the eyebrows
• #7 – Crown Chakra – Violet – located slightly back from the top of the head
• #8 – Halo or Soul Star – White – is actually located 6 to 12 inches above the head but you will anoint the temples

Now that you have anointed each Chakra, sit in a comfortable position keeping your spine straight. Close your eyes and begin to take slow deep breaths… full and easy breaths… feel yourself relaxing… Now see and feel Red Energy filling your Root Chakra… Allow the vibration of “Ut” to flood your whole being… Feel the Root Chakra opening as you affirm: “I am Safe, Stable and Grounded to the Earth” (Repeat affirmation 3X’s) The Red energy moves upward turning to Orange as it now enters the Sacral Chakra… See and feel the Orange Energy filling the Sacral.
